The electromagnetic spectral region between 0.1 and 10 THz is rapidly becoming a frontier for both fundamental research and transformative applications.

TERADAYS 2026 — now in its fourth edition — will be held on 29–30 January 2026 at the Politecnico di Milano and aims to bring together scientists and industry to discuss the latest advances in this rich spectral band. The conference will focus on the role of millimetre and sub-millimetre waves in telecommunications, on THz technology (sources, detectors and components), on THz spectroscopy and materials science, and on THz imaging, with an emphasis on bridging academic research and industrial development. The programme includes invited and contributed oral presentations, networking opportunities and a social dinner.
